We restrict access to personal information about you to individuals, such as our staff and volunteers that are organizing various events and/or providing customer service in the answering of questions or issues arising out of transactions and/or completing applications. We work with reputable third parties that host and maintain our website and other systems. Each third party we engage maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulatory standards to guard your nonpublic information. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you except as described in this notice.
Information we disclose
We disclose information to third parties for the operation of our website and other systems as well as for the analysis of the utilization of our website and other systems. We do not sell information about you to third parties for their marketing and/or other purposes.
We currently use Google Analytics in understanding the traffic to our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our website and other systems. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
Additionally, our other systems, including downloaded apps and social media, have similar tracking mechanisms as Google Analytics to allow us to understand the traffic to each system.
You may opt out of receiving future communications by following the “opt out” instructions on the communiqué. Additionally, you may opt out of having made your activity on the website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
